"Intuitive NetSuite with a Powerful Search Bar and Smooth Salesforce Integration"

What do you like best about NetSuite?

What I really enjoy is a search bar that I use every day. I don't need to remember any particular transactions, I just need to type it and I will find it!. What I also enjoy from AR perspective team is how intuitive it is to issue invoices, create sales orders or apply payments. Creating journals is also very easy. When we have a new joiner, there's no particular training on Netsuite needed as most of the people can get the grip of navigating the NS very easily.

We also have a very good integration with Salesforce through Workato, which speeds up out team's work a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

Some of the very basic things are hard to find, like a pdf of the vendor bill. It sits in "communication" tab under "Files". You'd though such an important thing would be more visible on the main page of vendor bill. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automatic revenue recognition is something that I wasn't aware is not an obvious thing when it comes to other similar solution, so having it is great.

There are almost no problems with functionalities of the NS and if we have any problems ACS can help us quickly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
