They clearly articulate what they need, how they will go about their work, and key dates. Pricing is about on par with competitors. Once the work starts, it is easy to stay in the know of the current status through their new UI experience platform. It offers all of the key meta data needed to understand what to focus on. Performance of the consultants has never been in question and are obviously supported by a solid group of professionals that are willing to share their expertise and get past any hurdles that may arise. I truly appreciate the new means of tracking vulnerabilities and assets. It rolls things up to a level that is actionable and easy to translate to the owner of the technology for action to be taken. It would be great if there was a way to integrate the portal with our Jira instance to allow for integrated ticketing and up to data status tracking in the portal itself. From a portal navigation standpoint, it can be easy to get lost in the various views and engagements from the past. Lastly it would be great to be able to correlate assets to see its testing history over time from engagement to engagement.
