What do you like best about NetScore POS for NetSuite?

The biggest advantage for me is the tight NetSuite integration. Having sales, inventory, pricing, and customer information connected in real time makes day-to-day retail operations much easier and more efficient. I also appreciate that the POS is flexible and customizable, so it can be tailored to different business requirements without forcing a one-size-fits-all setup. What do you dislike about NetScore POS for NetSuite?

The biggest areas for improvement are the user interface and the overall flexibility to support more complex business requirements. Some configurations still require extra setup or customization, and the learning curve can feel a bit steep for new users.
