I like the reliability of NetDirector, especially how the system ensures data flows work seamlessly. I also appreciate the people we work with; they are responsive and jump in when issues arise. Having dedicated people to reach out to for assistance is a big plus. Additionally, I find the ongoing integration process with NetDirector to be quite good every time, which is important for us as we integrate constantly.
