What do you like best about Netcore Customer Engagement Platform?

I like the deliverability of emails and the channel with customer success. The WhatsApp channel is another positive point. All these features increase my customers' engagement, facilitate the delivery of journeys connected to the customer's moment in my product, accelerating conversion and promoting customer reactivation. What do you dislike about Netcore Customer Engagement Platform?
