NIK provides comprehensive protection by scanning every communication channel for potential deepfakes. Its standard stoplight approach is intuitive, and seamless integration with our Active Directory environment made onboarding straightforward.

From a pricing perspective, NIK is relatively affordable, particularly considering the stronger security posture it provides. We deployed the solution to multiple users simultaneously through a third-party SCCM tool and worked with the Netarx team to develop an environment-specific deployment script.

The user interface is highly effective and easy to navigate. The administrative experience is somewhat more complex, with multiple site- and organization-level pages to manage. However, once the platform completed its learning phase, the AI-driven communication scanning performed very well. False positives have been extremely rare, while true positives have been accurately identified and flagged.

Although our deployment is relatively small, NIK’s performance has remained consistently strong. It would be an especially valuable solution for organizations with a multi-site or multinational presence, as well as companies in the financial services industry. Overall, NIK is an affordable, reliable, and effective solution for improving deepfake detection and communication security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My main dislike is that, while the tool is strong, we’re a smaller organization where our C-suite is on-site. Because of that, any decision maker can physically walk over to another decision maker to confirm and approve something, which makes us less susceptible to a C-suite–level deepfake being successful. If they added more features to their mobile phone capabilities—specifically allowing the NIK to monitor calls and texts to cell phones—it would be even more powerful.
