What do you like best about NetApp Services?

Very great support: Fast to reply and they really follow your case if needed. Answer clearly with a lot of information. Instant support when a Netapp disk becomes OOS -> SMS + mail and immediate command for a new disk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetApp Services?

I prefer the old interface. The new is modern but less user friendly, I need to search quite more time to find the page I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NetApp Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed a solution to store all my Virtual machine production. We work with Hyper-V Virtual machines and we propose Virtual desktop to our customers. Netapp presented their solutions and services and we already know that will be THE solution. We try to avoid slowness, interruption, and harsh management, Netapp avoids all of this.
