After a brief training period, their models are extremely effective in mitigating bot activity on our website and is a huge help in ensuring traffic on our site is legitimate and in minimizing fraudulent activity. When we have run into unique attack vectors, Netacea's customer service is some of the best I've experienced with any SaaS vendor. Their customer support team (especially James, Gary, and Charlotte) have made themselves available around the clock to see our issues through to resolution. We recently upgraded our Adobe Commerce ecosystem and Netacea made this transition seamlessly, working with our implementation partners to ensure our protocols were carried over and ready immediately upon the site's relaunch. What problems is Netacea Bot Detection and Bot Management solving and how is that benefiting you? Prior to implementing Netacea, our website had seen aggressive carding attacks abusing our online checkout methods over the past year. When our credit card processor threatened to deactivate our terminal, Netacea stepped in and communicated directly with our payment processor to explain their solution and how it would prevent further attacks from reaching the processor.
