What do you like best about Net-Results?

The platform is intuitive and it has incredible staff behind it, both in customer service and in their development department; every conversation we have leaves me feeling motivated for what's coming next or returning to my current project with a new perspective Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Net-Results?

nothing comes to mind - everything is good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Net-Results solving and how is that benefiting you?

We work for several clients in the foodservice industry with vastly different segmentation elements; the email builder tool is incredibly intuitive and effective but for me, the big win is in the data management capabilities I have relative to collecting info, tracking engagement behavior and automation of things, relative to marketing. In addition to our email marketing program, we've begun using it as a step below a full CRM tool which has in turn really advanced our options with targeting and personalization in the emails. We can also quickly see things that may or may not be worth our time in terms of adding to our email schedule Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
