What do you like best about Neovim?

What I really like about Neovim is its adaptability. It comes with a basic setup where you decide which plugins to integrate, and if what you need doesn’t exist, you can simply write your own in Lua (which you can also share with the world). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Neovim?

Depending on your use case, there are alternatives available that offer more features and are more mainstream. That can make it easier to collaborate with other people, and you may also have a better chance of finding answers to any issues that come up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Neovim solving and how is that benefiting you?

This software helps by simplifying my workflow, especially when I’m using the terminal while navigating my code. Even though other software includes terminal systems, nothing beats the streamlined feel of being able to manipulate your code directly from a terminal-based tool, particularly when you add vim motions into the mix.
