What do you like best about Neogrid Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)?

Is the perfect app to use in management because it links the two principal things to have in count when you run a service business, this allows me to improve sales in my branch; building strategies in order to do it and making structure operation processes. What do you dislike about Neogrid Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)?

What problems is Neogrid Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) solving and how is that benefiting you?

The company where I work has 4 branches and in all of them it is important to keep sales on top, but of course some of them are going to be on top of others as well, in mine for example using Neogrid I've been able to keep on main positions organizing my intern processes all time.
