What do you like best about NEOGOV Talent Management Suite?

I like the ability to customize workflows to meet the different departments and divisions' expectations within our city organizational structure. One of my favorite features is the ability to send emails to all candidates at the same time. This is a very efficient use of our time. Reporting is also one of my favorite features. I am able to customize reports or use the pre-programed reports to assist in developing new processes or procedures as it relates to hiring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NEOGOV Talent Management Suite?

What problems is NEOGOV Talent Management Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are modernizing our hiring process. In 2013, we were still accepting paper applications. By moving to NEOGOV, we have been able to track information quicker, we are able to stay more organized with the information for the new hire, in addition, we have been able to cut down on the time to fill.
