I like the organization and easy to manage controls. I like how easy it is to send communication as well. Automatic notices are very helpful. The dashboard is easy to navigate. It's also great to be able to schedule exams and interviews from within the system. I typically allow applicants to self schedule their testing, which makes my job a little easier.
