Needle has helped tremendously with ad content and idea generation, and I appreciate how agile they are in adapting to creatives that are fatiguing. They’re very responsive and on the ball with my account. I can rest assured they’re managing it proactively, and their team works well with me to achieve results. Their monthly planning and result forecasting are also very accurate. I think the creative pipeline is great because it helps keep Needle accountable for what needs to be delivered.
