What do you like best about Needl.ai?

It's easy to use. You ask a question in plain English and get an answer grounded in our own data, with the numbers behind it, so we can trust what we're sharing with clients.

It also connects directly to Claude (through MCP). We can pull insights from our data straight into Claude and turn them into client-ready presentations in the same flow, instead of copying numbers across tools and then asking Claude to build a deck.

It also lets us provision role-based data access so that within client teams we can control who has access to confidential data and who doesn't.

The team has been a partner throughout. Beyond the core platform, they've built a number of customizations for us, tailoring it to our workflows, so it fits how we actually work.

What do you dislike about Needl.ai?

Query response time could be faster, but then it's querying through multiple data sources including Google Drive with a prioritization scheme, so that is supposed to take some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Needl.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our data is spread across a lot of sources: Last Touch or Platform Attributed, UTM or GA4 Attributed, MMM results, geo incrementality tested data and CSVs or docs or decks in Google Drive.

Getting to a clear insight used to mean either hours of manual analysis across each source, or moving data between separate AI tools to speed things up. Needl.ai brings it all into one place.

Have a customized analysis for clients which could be refreshed on demand by the client? Turn it into a skill and let the client drive that on their own.

The biggest benefit is time. We can get from a question to a finished client deck without waiting on data pulls or stitching spreadsheets together, so we spend less time collecting data and more time on what it means for the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
