"Easy, Meaningful Employee Recognition That Saves Time"

What do you like best about Nectar?

I had never used Nectar before. Onboarding was very easy and intuitive. As someone who used to work in the HR field I feel that Nectar is a great affordable way to add a benefit and recognition tool all in one. I had always struggled with how to recognize employees in a way that was meaningful, affordable, and enjoyable. Nectar hits all of those boxes. The fact that you can recognize teammates easily is a plus. Being able to log in and create a recognition post with the persons name, what values they represented, and how awesome they are is so easy and saves me hours each week. Also, being able to customize the post with emojis and gifs is great as that helps add character and flair. I haven't had any issues with the software, it's been easy to use and I feel it adds value to my experience as an employee. Looking through the recognition feed makes me proud to be a part of the team and I love when I get a recognition for my hard work. The software is very fast and I haven't had any trouble with performance. I would absolutely recommend Nectar. Nectar integrates well with Teams and Outlook. I like how I can access it directly through either platform. It makes recognizing team members easy and saves me a time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nectar?

What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nectar is solving the problem of an efficient, affordable way to recognize teammates and achievements. Employees feeling appreciated is very important for company moral. Nectar makes it easy to solve how to give employees a way to recognize each other for the activities, tasks, and accomplishments they do throughout the week, month and year. If i need to give someone a job well done I can log in, create a post, give them a shoutout and some points and I know that they'll feel happy and cared for along with getting something fun.
