I love that it's very direct way to recognize my coworkers and be recognized in return. When filling out prompts appear with information to include, such as what value they embodied, how many points to give them, and a sufficient length for the shoutout. I also like that you can add emojis and gifs to make it more light hearted. I like that we're encouraged to recognize at least one coworker a week and the incorporation of challenges.
