What do you like best about Nectar?

Nectar makes employee recognition easy, visible, and accessible across our organization. The platform gives employees a simple way to recognize colleagues in real time while connecting that recognition to our company values. We have also used challenges to encourage participation in wellness, culture, and engagement initiatives.

From an administrative perspective, Nectar is relatively easy to manage and flexible enough to support a growing workforce across the United States, India, and the Philippines. Employees appreciate having meaningful choices for redeeming points, and the public recognition feed helps people see contributions that might otherwise go unnoticed. What do you dislike about Nectar?

The reporting and analytics could be more robust, particularly for organizations that want to evaluate participation, recognition equity, manager engagement, and trends across multiple employee populations. What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nectar gives us a consistent, organization-wide approach to employee recognition during a period of significant growth and integration. It helps employees recognize colleagues outside their immediate teams, reinforces our company values, and creates shared cultural experiences across offices, service lines, and countries.

The platform has made recognition more timely and visible while reducing reliance on disconnected local programs. It also gives us a practical way to support targeted engagement initiatives through challenges and rewards.
