What do you like best about Nectain?

Probably Nectain's mobile App. Or actually, the mobile App + DocuSign together. I am almost never sitting at my desk, so if a client gives me a document at a viewing, I can just scan it there, and Nectain reads the info. No more "I will deal with this later" pile on my phone.

The AI summary is super helpful with long contracts. I do not always need to read 20 pages again just to remember what was agreed. It also gives suggestions on things to check, which has saved me a few times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nectain?

Right now, not everything from the web version is available in the mobile App. That is probably my main dislike because I use mobile a lot. But they release updates pretty often, so hopefully web and mobile will be more in sync soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nectain solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mostly all the annoying steps between getting a document and actually getting the deal done.

Before, it was like taking a photo: WhatsApp/email it to myself, upload it somewhere, then check the contract, open DocuSign, send it, and later try to remember where everything is.

Now I can scan the document on site, check what Necctain recognized, get a quick summary if it's a contract, and send it for signature. Sounds like small things, but when you do this with clients every week, it saves quite a bit of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
