What do you like best about Nectain?

For me the biggest thing is referrals. Before trying Nectain a patient could walk in with paper referral or we would get one by fax and someone still had to sit there and type all that information into our medical system manually. Now nectain reads the referral, pulls out the patient (referral) data and creates HL7 file and sends to our medical system. So basically the paper/fax can become structured data without us retyping it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nectain?

We still check unusual or badly scanned referrals, especially handwriting. I wouldnt want anything medical going through completely unchecked anyway Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nectain solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mostly its duplicate data entry We were getting info digitally or on paper, and then typing the exact same info again to the system, it was slow and just boring work Now most of that happens super fast and automatically so I spend more time helping people and less copying names and dates and provider info from a referral into another screen I save a lot of time and the price is good for the amount of headache the platform saves for me Even thought the structure of the tool is super user friendly I still may have some questions sometimes and I love that the team is very responsive, any questions I have they help me resolve very fast Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
