What do you like best about Navisphere?

Navisphere allows sorting loads in everyway so that you can see only loads that require immediate attention. The principle of data storage is based on Excell, and if you know how to sort your data and loads you can perform all required opertations daily eliminating anything to fall through the cracks. Great customer support - as the system allows you to send out documents to clients and customs within Navi, directly from the load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navisphere?

You need to get used to the layout - which is an Excell table and might hurt your eyes at first, but within a month or two you get used to it. But the positive things of navi will easily erase this negative feature and you will use it all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navisphere solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clarity and visibility for the clients: they can see online their data and in real time also. Clients get notified on all updates: Port ETAs, etc. In addition, you can create reports individually for every client depending on their requirements. All the data is very well organized and can be filtered based on your needs and your tasks. Also system allows setting npotifications, and flagging loads to have immedicate access to them.
