What do you like best about Navina?

I like how it pulls together relevant patient data and presents it in a way that’s easy to understand during fast-paced clinic flow. Instead of searching through multiple sections of the chart, it highlights key insights for each patient from the chart view and daily schedule view which help support clinical decision-making and identify patient care gaps more efficiently. What do you dislike about Navina?

One challenge with Navina is that it does require some provider engagement and workflow alignment to fully maximize its benefits. In a busy clinic environment, not all users may adopt it consistently right away. Also, some insights may still require cross-referencing with the EHR to confirm details. Navina helps solve the challenge of completing patient data documentation in limited amounts of time during clinical visits.
