What do you like best about Navidium?

I loved how easy the onboarding process was, and how the app just delivers as promised helping my business increase our bottom line profit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navidium?

Not much, It would be nice if it gave me the option to filter by products and offer different amount of protection by product, but the devs say this is in the works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you have a current shipping insurance provider for your Shopify store and aren't either taking home the entire revenue or having your customer service interrupted, this app is for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navidium solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navidium Shipping Protection has helped us be able to create our own shipping insurance offering without having to use middlemen and to take home more of that revenue all while owning the entire customer experience from start to finish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
