What do you like best about Navatom?

Navatom works in real-time. This provides us with the opportunity to handle all ship management tasks through Navatom, knowing everything is always in sync.

The software is also amazingly stable, we have been using Navatom for 10+ years, and we have never seen downtime or data loss. It also makes cyber-security very easy as our business interaction is cyber-secure by nature.

I love how Navatom reminds and shows me which tasks I need to complete by priority and has excellent integrations inside that display a clear path to how things happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navatom?

Our team lives and breathes Navatom; the only downside I can see is that the other software we have seen our colleagues use differs from how Navatom feels and operates. Recommendations to others considering Navatom:

Whether your company can benefit from Navatom will become evident within two weeks of trying the software. However, I believe most shipping companies can find Navatom to be a welcome change in the current state of global ship management.

Navatom is elastic, and things don't always have a linear and singular solution. You may find many different ways to solve a single problem. Navatom users and their development team have a friendly community around finding these solutions and use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navatom solving and how is that benefiting you?

We rely on Navatom to handle all reporting and analysis onboard ship. We have it open on our computers, tablets, and phones almost all day.

Navatom gives us quality analytics without any additional input. These insights provide us the weak points we have in our system. The platform also helps improve these systems.

Our fleet has grown three times in the past eight years while using Navatom, and the platform has been integral in onboarding the additional vessels without much hassle.

We do not need documentation or communication outside of Navatom, as it handles communication with our vessels within specific subjects with comments and files. Which in turn generates highly detailed reports on most topics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
