What do you like best about NativeForms?

We’ve been using NativeForms for several years now. It’s still our go-to when we need to create a fast survey or get a form up and running quickly.

It loads fast, is easy-to-use, and is quite powerful once you explore the different types of fields available to you. Forms are customizable and can be extended, especially if you know how to use CSS, javascript and webhooks.

We especially like to monitor results so the graphs NativeForms generates are a nice touch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NativeForms?

We haven’t really encountered a downside to NativeForms.

There are some nice-to-haves we’d like to see, but they’re not necessary. For example, being able to choose legend colors would make polls look more on-brand, but just the fact that pie charts exist is great!

What problems is NativeForms solving and how is that benefiting you?

NativeForms allows us to create detailed surveys, quick polls, and get customer feedback quickly and easily. We love its widget capability! Being able to drop in a script that then generates a modal/sidebar is such a great add-on. We use it all the time. Sharing specific forms or folders with other editors is also very useful for maintaining and sharing results. NativeForms also gives us the option to create conditionals, and we've had success being able to customize it to the best of our CSS abilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
