Personally, I like how the use is very straightforward. I enjoy the fact that I can export various data points and charts to PowerPoint and word to use as evidence in my work. I also think that it streamlines manager searches and makes it much easier to determine who really performs the best. The platform has a lot of data that is both qualitative and quantitative. I believe it is fairly priced. The support team was very helpful when teaching us. I enjoy the fact that it does not rely on AI. Overall quite good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I dislike is the fact that the integration with PowerPoint and word regarding data exports does not allow manager consistency reports to be exported in my office. That could be an issue on our end though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
