What do you like best about N-Sight Endpoint Management?

I like having a centralized platform to manage multiple clients, locations, and devices. The monitoring, remote access, scripting, automation, patch management, and reporting capabilities make it easier to maintain systems and troubleshoot issues remotely. I also appreciate the ability to organize devices, monitor their health, review hardware and software inventory, and take action without having to connect to each machine individually. What do you dislike about N-Sight Endpoint Management?

Some of the more advanced capabilities require additional integrations or separately licensed features, which can make it difficult to have everything managed from one place. I would prefer more functionality to be included directly within the platform rather than relying on multiple products or add-ons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is N-Sight Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us manage and maintain multiple customer environments without having to be physically present at each location. We can monitor endpoints, identify potential issues, deploy updates, run scripts, troubleshoot problems, and perform maintenance remotely. Having access to device information, monitoring results, software inventory, and reporting in one platform makes it easier to keep track of customer environments, respond to issues, and manage our workload more efficiently.
