I own an IT company with clients across a wide range of industries. I really like being able to go to one console and see, at a glance, which servers, workstations, and other devices are having problems. In the past, I had to log into each device and review various reports just to identify and correct issues. Now I can spot problems quickly and address them much faster.
N-able N-Sight RMM has a new Vulnerabilities Report that is excellent. I can view vulnerabilities by customer, device, and vulnerability, and I can also see whether a vulnerability is unresolved, whether they have ransomware, and more.
Using this report to identify and then correct vulnerabilities has increased my company’s billing hours. It’s surprising how many vulnerabilities show up on a weekly basis. I’ve also discovered that clients had installed software I wasn’t aware of, and I was able to have them uninstall it or update it. The report also flagged a lot of older software that had become obsolete.
I also receive daily emailed reports of issues, so even when I’m on the road, I can stay on top of what’s happening.
N-Able N-sight RMM is a tool every IT administrator should have. I use it daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would better format the vulnerabilities report. It would be nice if it retained my columns instead of it's own. I would also increase the number of viewable rows and reduce the size of the graphs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
