What do you like best about N-able N-central?

The flexibility of the product. The ease of creating new monitors / alerts / custom services makes every instance of N-central uniquely yours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about N-able N-central?

The reporting is not the greatest currently. This is something the n-central team is actively addressing to give full access to the data via solutions like Power BI; however, it isn't there yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is N-able N-central solving and how is that benefiting you?

Aside from the typical and standard RMM solution sets, n-central is the easiest and most configurable RMM we have used, and we have used several over the years. If we want to monitor a specific remote item that doesn't have an agent on it, we can do so through SNMP, website checks or even API calls to a remote system. Doing these types of checks on other systems was always a challenging task, if it was possible at all. Additionally, the ability to build rules in your n-central instance, makes it easy for new machines to get picked up by any specific rules and actions you want to take effect.
