It was very helpful to me as the services provided to me helped me increase my customer base as we have an upcoming shop and it is easier for me to give competition to our competitors. It was very cost effective and efficient at the same time. I think every company should have free WiFi as it makes a very intimate relationship with a customer and they can spend more time and the more time they spend in our shop it gives us the opportunity to serve them better and earn more money. There has to be a better feedback system as and when there is a problem which occurs and the solution to be given has to take less time. Once we occurred an error where customers could not access wifi and it was very slow and the error took allot of problem to solve.
