What do you like best about mytender.io?

The biggest benefit for our team has been the ability to generate structured first drafts quickly, allowing us to spend more time refining content, adding project-specific detail and focusing on bid strategy rather than starting from a blank page.

The platform has also been effective at identifying relevant information from our knowledge library and producing responses that align with our company tone of voice. We've been particularly impressed with the responsiveness of the support team, who have been proactive in addressing issues, taking on feedback and helping us develop practical workflows for live tenders.

As with any new platform there have been some teething issues, but the pace of improvement and engagement from the MyTender team has been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about mytender.io?

One area that still requires improvement is the accuracy of some AI-generated graphics and infographics. We have occasionally found that company names, team members and project details are incorrectly inserted into visual outputs, and in some cases the AI has referenced projects that were not delivered by our organisation. As a result, all generated content still requires careful review and fact-checking before use.

While these issues are manageable through the review process, improved accuracy and source control within visual content would increase confidence and reduce editing time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is mytender.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

MyTender is helping us reduce the time spent producing first drafts and searching through large volumes of company information. Instead of starting with a blank page, the platform can quickly generate structured responses using content from our knowledge library, allowing the team to focus on adding project-specific detail, strengthening answers and improving quality.

It has also helped us review tender requirements more efficiently, identify relevant supporting information and involve a wider team in the review process. This is particularly valuable when working to tight submission deadlines, as it allows us to spend more time on strategy, compliance and quality rather than administration and document searching.
