What do you like best about MySignature?

I’ve been using MySignature for years, and it has completely eliminated the headache of managing email signatures. Gone are the days of trying to fudge together fancy formatting in Word or Outlook only to have the alignment break on different email clients.

MySignature makes it effortless to create clean, professional, and visually compelling signatures for Outlook and Gmail. It saves me time, automates what used to be a tedious manual task, and gives me an easy, all-in-one branding setup across email, digital business cards, and link-in-bio pages. What do you dislike about MySignature?

Honestly, there isn’t much to complain about. It does exactly what it promises without unnecessary bloat. If anything, having even more granular design customization options for niche layouts would be a nice touch, but the current templates and editor already cover almost everything you'd need. What problems is MySignature solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before MySignature, creating consistent, well-formatted email signatures was a manual chore that constantly broke across different devices and email apps.
