What do you like best about MyPlace?

What I like most about MyPlace is its user-friendly interface and seamless integration with our hotel’s guest Wi-Fi. It allows us to provide a smooth connectivity experience while collecting valuable guest information, helping us improve communication, build stronger guest relationships, and support our marketing efforts. What do you dislike about MyPlace?

I would like to see more advanced customization options, better reporting and analytics, and more seamless integrations with other hotel management and marketing platforms. What problems is MyPlace solving and how is that benefiting you?

MyPlace helps us turn our guest Wi-Fi into a valuable marketing and customer engagement tool. It simplifies Wi-Fi access while allowing us to collect guest contact information, grow our marketing database, and maintain relationships with guests after their visits. This helps us reduce manual data collection, increase our direct marketing opportunities, encourage repeat visits, and ultimately drive more direct bookings and revenue.
