What do you like best about Mynewsdesk?

Very supportive team that stays in touch even between signing and ongoing support. The dev team is really nice, always listening to feedback and consistently improving the workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mynewsdesk?

No major issues overall, but I sometimes wish for more tracking options—especially for the hourly open rate—and more choices for formatting and layout in my releases. Still a bit unclear about various types of posts - events, news, press releases. Not sure they are all needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mynewsdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me find relevant contacts, reach out to journalists, and handle writing and distribution. The workflow is easy and fast. Most important, journalists are very used to the MyNewsdesk pressroom and seem to like it; it’s easy for them to navigate. I also like the AI-driven media monitoring.
