What do you like best about Myna?

I really appreciate how easy it is to keep the AI informed as our business evolves with Myna. Updating the knowledge base is straightforward, and any changes are quickly reflected in future conversations. Whether we introduce new services or update policies, Myna allows us to maintain accurate responses without rebuilding the entire workflow. It centralizes our knowledge, ensuring every prospect receives accurate and up-to-date information. Navigating the system is smooth and easy, which made the initial setup quite straightforward. What do you dislike about Myna?

Regarding your suggestion for a preview mode, we already have this and it's called the Playground. On this page you can simulate customer conversations, test edge cases, and review how your agent responds before going live. We’re also continuing to improve the way knowledge updates are retrieved, tested, and validated so teams can feel even more confident before changes are published.
