What do you like best about Myna?

One of the most valuable features for us is the lead nurturing capability. Not every prospect is ready to take action immediately, and Myna does a great job of maintaining engagement over time. It continues conversations, answers questions, and follows up at appropriate moments without feeling repetitive or intrusive. What do you dislike about Myna?

The nurturing workflows are effective, but I would like to see more advanced options for customizing long term engagement sequences based on different lead behaviors and stages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Myna solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, many leads would become inactive simply because we didn't have the resources to stay in touch consistently. Myna solved that problem by automating the nurturing process and ensuring prospects continued to receive relevant engagement.
