Really smart system for organizing complex tasks & projects, yet at the same time still quite user-friendly. I have tried simpler apps (like todoist) but they are not powerful enough. And when I use bigger apps like Asana it's too cluttered. I keep coming back to MLO now, after over 10 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
