I'm still learning the system and best prompt practices. There's not really anything I dislike; I'm just working on learning the system so I can use it more effectively. If there's anything, I think it's a great tool for logging and updating information, but I do wish it was better at pulling information on decision-makers, tech stack info, and other details about a business that would give a strategic advantage while prospecting, like some other tools I've used in the past that Toast blocked in favor of Myko.
