What do you like best about myJobCard - Mobile Plant Maintenance & Asset Mgmt.?

Out of the box myJobCard is quite complete in itself and would have served ~ 80% of Clariant Mobile Maintenance needs. But immensely skillful and resourceful ODS team delivered additional change requests in less than six weeks to fulfill every objective within the agreed scope. What do you dislike about myJobCard - Mobile Plant Maintenance & Asset Mgmt.?

myJobCard being so flexible tempts people to think that every site can have a local application. Otherwise, a most welcome feature may lead to an unsustainable maintenance topic. And specific governance from Clariant IT is required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ODS has a very resourceful team. I have never seen this level of competence and flexibility anywhere else.

Benefits are manifold -

1. Easy Job assignment, which was otherwise a verbal communication from Supervisors to Technicians.

2. Transparency for Technicians - Worklist on fingertips.

3. No paper trail - easy and quick real-time data entry.

4. Flexible Checklists - several Paper templates have been abolished, integrated within Mobile Maintenance.
