**What do you like best about Radancy?**

I can brand it to our company. It sends professional invitations, it is easy to use, and you get to view your candidates to get a better feel for them before moving forward. There isn't anything I don't like about it.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

I haven't found anything I dislike yet! If I had to pick one thing, it would be that it seems that only one person can be logged in at a time.

Time from the screening stage to hire has dropped dramatically. It has gone from approximately 3-5 days to same-day decisions on candidates that have completed the interview video interview tool. Applicants along with hiring teams

The dashboard is particularly easy to use and has a slick, welcoming look. The customer support team was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

It would be helpful to open candidates on a new tab with the mouse left click, like using an internet browser.

Recruiting for certain roles requires an ability to review candidates' presentation and communication abilities, which myInterview accommodates splendidly.

The customer service for Brazen is amazing!!  The tutorials are extremely helpful.  I also like that we have monthly meetings to check in with our district.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

It would be great if we could copy booths from a previous event to create a new event.

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching out to Brazen in plenty of time for them to copy booths from previous events to new events.  Brazen is great at providing us with data from events.

Highly recommend using them. I searched and tried out other platforms. The cost was too expensive, and the support just wasn't there. Anytime we have issues, we have a dedicated account manager. It has allowed us to scale! They constantly have upgrades, new features that help.

Nothing at the moment! Sometimes the interview links need to be recovered for tech support

Easy to use UI makes it simple for applicants to submit; collaboration with internal team makes reviewing applicants easy.

I don't have anything negative to share.

There's a tough middle ground between reviewing a piece of paper (resume) versus taking the time to personally interview every applicant. myInterview helps whittle down the applicant pool to a serious subset of individuals, and gives me insights into personality and professionalism that one cannot glean from a cover letter/resume. I'll sometimes hire candidates many months later because I have this video to come back to.

This time we brought in our team to use MyInterview and they enjoyed how easy it was to use. I really like that it is extremely easy to set up a job and to customize it with due dates, videos, logos and personalized questions.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

The first time I sent out an email request to folks to interview through the MyInterview system but this time around I used the job link embedded into my direct email which was a good way to get around the fact that the invitation to the respondents through the portal was not customizable. Again, it would be nice to be able to record ourselves asking the interview questions as well.

**Recommendations to others considering Radancy:**

A great application that is easy to use! Plus it has a modern aesthetic that looks professional when requesting interviews from candidates.

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to offer our applicants an easy alternative to a live Zoom, in-person or phone call interview. This can be done on their own time by a certain date and allows a candidate to set themselves up for successful answers to the interview questions. It also allows our application reviewing team to get a feel for a candidate's personality through the video responses at a time that works effectively for their work schedule.

Provides a very efficient way to manage the early stages of a hiring process, the candidate side of things is also great, particularly the landing page which can help show off a companies brand and story.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

While they offer a way to conduct live interviews in the platform, it's very cost prohibitive and if you are already using Teams/Slack/Zoom, it's simpler and cheaper to just use those.

We're able to hear from more of our shortlist than would ever be possible through traditional phone screening.

To be honest, nothing as of yet. I haven't encountered any problems and hope not to in the future.

Set up a demo. We had Lior. He was terrific and answered all our questions and supplied us with tons of information.

Product and tech teams are pretty clueless about actual hiring needs. Any issue with the platform is 'Candidate has bad network' but that is the reason you go with a platform to help handle those issues.

There isn't too much I dislike about Brazen. Everything is easy to use.

Brazen is allowing us to reach out to more military/veteran candidates through the G.I. Jobs events. Being able to talk through our program with each attendee and personally invite them to our booth has made the conversation more straightforward.

Highly recommend this application! It will streamline the process of interviewing your resources. Try out the free version; you won't regret it and will upgrade! Other applications are not as advanced as MyInterview or as user-friendly as this app.

Nowadays with COVID, there are no in-person interviews. MyInterview makes the process much easier for the hiring team. Shows the client the candidate's personality in a comfortable setting. We're able to screen more applicants without scheduling appointments.

I love that the interviews are super customizable. I can choose the question, how long they have to answer, and if they can repeat. It's very easy to create the actual interview.

The interface seems a little childish at times, but it doesn't distract me.

Play around with time allotted for questions. Let interviewees know they will have 30s to prepare answers

SAVE TIME! We are able to ask questions that get to the point, and reviewing a recorded interview does not take as long as a full interview (not to mention the time it takes to set up)!

Brazen had an easy to to use functionality that required little training. There were very few technical issues for audio and video and candidates were able to seamlessly move between booths without issue. Our queue management was ideal and the booths were customizable for marketing purposes.

Limited customization. If the booths had more options to expand graphics and links we would have used more marketing and wouldn't need some external links.

Brazen is easy to use and easy to learn. Great for large events and small career fairs.

We were able to meet with students virtually from various schools across the country with more time. We were able to give contact information and direct follow up at career fairs and needed less follow up post event.

I loved allowing candidates to redo their response a certain amount of times but also give them a time limit on their answers. This gives them a chance to improve their answer.

We did struggle adding a collaborator to the account. I invited my coworker but was given an error multiple times, so I was unable to add someone. But that was just a minor inconvenience.

Make sure you have your timeline nailed down so you can put all of the correct deadlines in there!

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We interview more than 30 people for one position. This allows us to evaluate candidates on our own schedule. This is a great option if you have a lot of candidates, multiple interviews, or a busy schedule.

- no major dislikes. Any technical issues were resolved timely by the team.

We are solving virtual recruiting communication gaps with Brazen. Brazen makes it much easier to navigate the complexities of scheduling a virtual career fair or scheduling individual 1:1 chats. I realized the power of Brazen during a virtual interview day when I had ~30 candidates drop into Brazen from noon - 3PM for virtual networking. This made it easy to accommodate candidate requests for 1:1 networking without scheduling difficulties. The Brazen features made it much more conducive than other tools (ex - Zoom) for company reps to "pick up" and chat candidates on their own time.

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

Brazen has developed a product that makes hosting virtual events a breeze. Some of the best features include:
- Customizable event flow that allows you to set how long you want to be able to engage each candidate.
- Set up virtual queues to put the most relevant candidates in front of the right audience.
- Ability to add "bonus time" to a conversation to ensure a good candidate and user experience where appropriate.
- Good post event tracking to follow up with potential candidates you would like to invite for a formal interview.

With in person conferences and events going away in 2020 and the future of those events in question for the foreseeable future, Brazen is an essential product for hosting virtual events. It is efficient, easy to use and has the necessary tools for reporting and engagement to follow up with people post-event. While it may seem trite to compare Brazen to "speed dating," the similarities are notable, and enable employers to virtually engage with a high number of targeted candidates in a short amount of time.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

The initial customization is a little bit trial and error, it would be helpful to have more guidance to know what other people who successfully use the product do to set up their event structure. Also, virtual events can't replace face to face contact, but when you can't meet in person, Brazen is the next best thing.

**Recommendations to others considering Radancy:**

Out of all of the virtual event platforms I have tried, Brazen has been the best. I encourage you to try it out, you won't be disappointed.

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used Brazen for a number of years to host virtual events as sort of info sessions to engage a more passive candidate audience. We have advertised Brazen events through LinkedIn and other social channels and attracted a good pool of candidates that might not show up or take the time for a full formal interview. With travel and events being shut down in 2020, Brazen has taken the center stage for our virtual events strategy, and has been a great way to continue engaging with people when meeting face to face hasn't been possible.

MyInterview could not be more user friendly for staff and candidates. We are a small non-profit, and it gives us a professional look that we have been working hard on developing. It also simplified the application process exponentially. When I have a question (which is rare), the customer service has been excellent and quick.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

There is literally nothing we dislike about it.

Once you try it out, it will be hard for you to say no :)

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using the platform to interview potential students for our study abroad high school, in addition to hiring counselors. There are many benefits to using the site. First, it is a huge time saver. I will still perform a short interview with candidates and their families, but instead of spending an hour in total, I'll do a 15 minute follow up interview. Additionally, the student interview will be on video, meaning I can share it with our counselors and staff. In the past, I'd often have to read notes on an interview I did months or even a half year ago, in order to describe a student I met once. MyInterview is making us more effective and efficient, and I believe will increase the impact we have on our participants.

I like that the system does the work for you when it comes to leads.  The career site plugin allows us to chat and connect candidates we would have never spoken to if they didn't fill out an application.  Virtual events produce a lot of leads for us as well.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

I would say the biggest dislike is cost. We could do a lot more with the platform if they didn't charge for every new feature or when we want to invite our hiring managers to participate in events.

Lead generation - leads come to our recruiters through events and our chatbot versus recruiters having to spend time searching.  It allows us to answer questions before someone applies or help them apply.

In hindsight, I wish we had purchased an annual account for multiple users.

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

There are several things that I like best about Brazen.  I find Brazen to be user friendly which is important for both our team and for candidates.  It is also mobile friendly, which is vital to ensuring a positive candidate experience.  Set-up and implementation were very easy and turn around time was quick.  Brazen staff have been customer centric and responsive throughout my experience with them.  Feedback from both candidates and hiring managers has been very positive overall.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

The thing I like least about Brazen is that the amount of marketing that I need to drive traffic to our event.  The platform is fantastic, but if I don't drive traffic to the event then it won't have any success.  My events are only as good as my marketing and the amount of time and resources I put into that.  It seems common sense, but wouldn't want anyone to be surprised by that.

**Recommendations to others considering Radancy:**

Brazen has provided outstanding customer service and support, including a monthly call with our account representative. Blogs and best practices are shared to not only help with the product, but also within the Talent Acquisition space in general.

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started with Brazen prior to the pandemic.  We were looking for ways to engage with college candidates prior to their college career fairs, as well as in a mobile friendly format that they could participate in, with any device from any location.  We also wanted to be able to expand the geographic area and number of schools that we could be able to recruit from.   We started with the focus on college recruiting, but soon realized that we were also interacting with experienced candidates as well, which was a welcome surprise.  We have seen benefits in allowing candidates to explore career possibilities with us in a low risk way (no travel, low initial time investment, comfortable format, etc.).  We have seen an increase in college event participation due to interest generated with our own events.  We also saw a positive lift in candidate experience feedback.

I enjoyed all aspects of the platform.  I just wish there were more candidates applying for jobs.

The problem of interviewing virtually is solved by using Brazen!  The platform is very user-friendly and allows us to document the outcome of the interview and keeps a history of our notes and candidates.

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

Saves me so much time in the recruitment process - it frees up my time to do other stuff, without compromising the recruitment process for me or the interviewees. Feels personal, especially with the ability to add a video to the beginning so it doesn't feel like the interviewee is losing out compared to a face to face interview.
All the interviews are in one place which is great and makes is easy to keep track of all interviewees. The ability to email direct from myinterview also streamlines the process further. good value for money, especially in an overpriced market.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

There could be more customizability for the lower tier payment options, as we are a small business with a tight budget - such as customizing the swimlanes to further clarify which interviewees are good, bad or need rewatching.
The videos sometimes freeze a lot - using different internets so believe it may be the website.

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

time management. Being able to streamline the recruitment process, not having to schedule my day around interviews, instead scheduling reviewing the interview around my day. Means that we have a systemised look at all interviewees and get the same information from all of them allowing for us to make detailed decisions.

I really enjoyed how simple and user-friendly the platform is. It took very little time to get familiar with all the features. I also really enjoyed how easily you can switch between booths so you can network more! The platform is very vibrant and I think it makes this virtual environment as humanely as possible!

I disliked how there is a maximum time limit when speaking in a booth but I may be bias because I love talking to people and can never limit anything to 15 minutes!

We are solving the issue with networking in a 100% virtual environment. I have realized that this virtual environment allows us to meet a wider range of people from a wider range of areas! I work in Minneapolis and I met people from Nebraska, Wisconsin, Iowa, and so many more places all in one day!

Not much of a downside for Brazen, just didn't have the candidate flow I hoped for.

**Recommendations to others considering Radancy:**

Great resource and platform to connect with candidates or customers, depending on your need.
If using for recruiting, it's recommended to invite candidates via sourcing on your end so that you get a larger outcome. Also, having more than 1 person attending the event to speak with candidates is very helpful if it gets busy, that way you can avoid candidates being delayed in speaking with a live person.

I have yet to come across a negative thing.  Their customer service has been nothing short of amazing.  Anytime I email, I get a response that day, which is appreciated.  Also the chat feature makes life so much easier.

If you have any issues, ask, they will make your life easier.

The inability to do recruiting fairs, and now all my administration can be apart of the recruiting process.  Prior to COVID, it could only be done by one person.

I really enjoyed having a place to connect with a candidate and be able to have virtual 1:1 time while being able to track the conversation afterwards and send to colleagues as needed.

The only thing we struggled with was not being able to see how many people were actively in the room waiting to talk to us.

Best part is automatic connection of candidates to the next available recruiter or company representative.

Inability to add common questions and answers prior to event. It does retain saved Q&A from prior events so this is somewhat mitigated but ability to add and/or edit prior to the event would be a great enhancement.

Not quite the same as an in person hiring event but it helps meet the need

So, I do like the idea of the virtual interview, I was able to join booths and await for an employer to start a conversation with. There are many booths to choose from depending on what the event, which I find useful.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

I didn’t like the compatibility with phone. I was using my web browser, so I would join a booth, click the enable chat , and wait. But when I would click out to let’s say do something else in my phone , I would to redo it all over. I finally just logged in via laptop, which helped me stay busy while waiting. I saw the tab display “new chat from Monica” and continued with the virtual interview.

The only problem was the mobile browser compatibility, which I resolved with just using my laptop. The benefit of not having to physically go anywhere to find information on a job was helpful! Especially during these times.

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

1. It's very user friendly. 
2. Since it's a browser based application, the candidates don't have to download any App. 
3.This is a great benefit, since in our experience, most candidates do not want to download any application.  
4.Also, we find that the process to attempt and interview is simple. The success ratio (those who invite Vs those who complete) is very high. 
5.We also like the fact that there is white labeling, this gives a uniform experience to the candidates from a brand perspective.
7. The process of setting up new interviews is simple and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

1.We observed that in some cases there were delays from the time the candidates completed the interview to the time it appears in the application. There was a case where the interviews were resent to the candidates, even though the candidate had already submitted the same the previous day
2. In some mobile phones (apparently the ones who are not using Chrome Browser), there have been problems for the candidates to take the interview. This has resulted in some of them not taking up the interviews

**Recommendations to others considering Radancy:**

Its a good tool. Better UI, Cost and efficiency compared to other products in the market. Go for it.

1. Time - It saves a lot of time, which the interviewer would have spent on meeting the candidates in person
2. Better assessment - We are able to assess candidates better when compared to a  resume. This results in faster hiring too

Customised to my needs, I can get to know candidates through a series of timed questions that challenge and filter candidates effectively. It helps bring objectivity to the process by asking the same questions and quickly filter through the candidates that outstand.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

Probably, the user interface could be rethought, I remember the experience of managing processes wasn't easy. It's usable but a bit clunky (I've used it 9 months ago, so my memory is not fresh.) . Also, I'd make the integration with platforms like WP, Wix or Squarespace for free/ as part of the subscription. These days all apps are very easy to connect. I remember I got a quote to install our interview process in our website, and the cost was restrictive.

Easy to design, the candidates get it quickly, good for recruiting entry level junior roles (grad program).

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Going through 100s of candidate interviews in a few hours at my own convenience. It solves for that first "round" of interviews. Allowing the employer to go through more candidates instead of just looking at the CV and cover letter (that could have been written by anyone) to really seeing the candidate for what they are.

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

myInterview offers enough structured features and yet enough that you can customize that it made for an easy process to get our questions added. You are limited to ten questions, which I appreciated as more than that would be overwhelming to candidates (in my opinion). I also appreciated that I could choose if candidates can re-record responses, see questions in advance, etc. It was also easy to share the completed interviews with my staff selection team. Our candidates found the platform easy to use. Also love the text notification feature for interview invites.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

I had to send myself some of the materials so that I could understand what our candidates would see - I do wish it was easier to see the candidate side of things. I also noticed that many candidates, especially new professionals who were fresh out of undergrad, would miss the first question or submit it incorrectly. There isn't a way to send a question back to them and I wasn't entirely sure what they may have done incorrectly - could have been user error. I also would have liked if I could have saved messages to candidates versus retyping them. The myInterview invite does tend to get caught in going to an other/non-priority inbox (this happens with other similar companies as well) which is a bit frustrating, but my way around that is to use their text feature and send an email to candidates on what to look for so no one misses our interview and the timeline.

**Recommendations to others considering Radancy:**

This is an easy product to implement and quickly roll-out. I recommend to do a trial or mock-interview first to get a feel for what it looks like on the candidate and employer side first and you will be well-situated to guide your candidates and those evaluating through the product. This fit our needs well and was able to serve as a good plug and play solution with our other talent acquisition methods.

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started using it pre-COVID-19 and I'm so grateful we had this structure in place. It allowed us to continue to recruit and find great candidates for jobs we needed to fill. It also allowed for more employees to be involved in our selection process, helping to reduce bias and get additional perspectives on hiring at the table. Finally, it was great for candidates who appreciated being able to complete the interview on their own time and at their level of comfort.
