I used myGiide both during a study abroad program with undergrad students and also with executives in an MBA class focused on Global Leadership. It is a great tool for individuals to reflect on and gain insight about their cultural agility, see how their cultural values compare to others, and is super helpful in facilitating in-depth discussions around cultural understanding and misunderstandings. I really like the gamified way in which the tool tailors suggestions for improving competencies related to cultural agility. Also the Collaboration Tool provides a very good snapshot for how the values are different/similar in a group. Overall, leading to increased self-awareness and insights on how to navigate any cross-cultural/multicultural context. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing to dislike. For ease of use in higher education, maybe a lesson plan with suggested activities or the flow for a session focused on cultural agility would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
