I have used myGiide for a number of years in teaching cross cultural management. In a culturally diverse group, myGiide provides an invaluable means of allowing students to compare their cultural values to the norms of their home country or other countries. This provides an excellent platform for in-class discussions and also as a basis to inform assessment.
