What do you like best about MyDocsOnline?

I like MyDocsOnline's flexible permission setting and password-protected link sharing. It lets me grant outside developers read-only access to technical specs while keeping confidential contracts hidden. The file version history feature is also useful for reverting to earlier drafts when requirements change. I find the dashboard clean and easy for non-technical staff to navigate. What do you dislike about MyDocsOnline?

MyDocsOnline falls short when it comes to deep developer-focused workflows for our mid-market e-commerce SaaS integration project. It offers limited API functionality, so we cannot auto-sync document updates to our project-management tool. Bulk-editing file permissions is clunky; adjusting access for our whole group of external contractors takes tedious manual one-by-one edits. There is also no native preview for code-based file formats. Since Apex Web Labs has no dedicated IT staff, we cannot build custom workarounds, and these gaps create consistent repetitive manual tasks for our product team.
