What do you like best about MyDisabilityJobs?

Definitely the most affordable and complete solution when it comes to platforms specialized in recruiting people with disabilities/diverse workers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyDisabilityJobs?

The site doesn't allow recruiters to look in the candidate's data base to send them invitations to apply to specific jobs. Also, the website was a bit slow to load when I used it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MyDisabilityJobs solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our main challenge was to find diverse candidate, which was not easy to do when using the usual generic platform such as Linkedin. At least when using My Disability Jobs, we are sure that we will get contacted by diverse talented people, in this case, people with disabilities. Also, the candidates feel more comfortable to speak about their disability, which makes our work easier when it comes to reach goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
