What do you like best about Mycroft?

What I like best about Mycroft is that they operate as a true extension of our security and compliance team. They combine effective tooling with practical, hands-on expertise, helping us build an enterprise-grade security program without distracting our engineering team from product development.

Their team is proactive, knowledgeable, and focused on outcomes. They have supported us across SOC 2 preparation, security awareness training, incident response, internal workflows, and customer trust requirements. They also helped us migrate from an expensive trust center solution to Mycroft’s platform, improving both cost efficiency and operational simplicity.

What problems is Mycroft solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mycroft is helping us build and scale a mature security and compliance program without requiring us to create a large internal security team. They support us with SOC 2 preparation, evidence collection, security workflows, incident response, employee awareness training, customer trust requirements, and security documentation.

They also helped us replace an expensive trust center solution with a simpler and more cost-effective platform. As a result, our engineering team can stay focused on product development while we continue improving our security posture, responding more effectively to enterprise customer requirements, and progressing toward compliance with greater confidence.
