MyCarTracks is my preferred solution when it comes to tracking my company vehicles. The application offers great flexibility and reports. I can allow my employees to use the company vehicles for personal and business purposes. They are just one click away from switching between them - whether they are doing a task for the company or a private trip. I get notifications when a vehicle is on the go. While this can't be used for vehicle protection, it's an excellent way for me to track exactly how many kilometers each employee has done to fulfill business tasks and track and limit how much they use the vehicle for personal purposes.

I can see the actual positions of all the vehicles on the map, so I know exactly when and who is working on which task. I can see all the vehicles' track history, so even when I can't follow them in real-time, I can always 'go back in time,' and I have a report exactly when they were where. This is very useful when I have a client claiming the delivery was not on time!

I can set geofences, so I get immediate notifications whenever a vehicle is outside the supposed region. I like the job planner where I can assign tasks and follow their fulfillment. I the reports I can find all the necessary information about the jobs, the tracks, the work everyone did. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
