Using the MyCarrier platform to quote and dispatch is much quicker than calling or emailing, as you note. We are always looking to improve the platform and while most of our customers enjoy the benefits of connecting directly with their carriers (lower cost, more responsiveness, etc.) we understand that brokers are part of the ecosystem today and we are looking at ways that we might be able to incorporate them into the platform in the future.
