I am helping shippers quote and book their freight faster than their normal process. On MyCarrier, it only takes 5 minutes to dispatch; the old way it takes 15-20 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Michael, thanks for taking the time to write a review. Your comment about "5 minutes to dispatch in MyCarrier compared with 15-20 minutes the old way" is a constant theme we hear from our customers, and one of the main reasons why customers are so satisfied with the MyCarrier platform.

You will be happy to hear that we are going to be rolling out a new, streamlined onboarding process that is more intuitive and more guided so that the whole experience from invitation to quote is quicker and more delightful for our customers.
