MyAmici has been a drastic improvement from using spreadsheets to manage orders & inventory. It has been much easier to track previous orders and trace any inventory records which means we can deal with incoming requests much more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think we've lost some of our relationships with suppliers as there's just not as much need for us to reach out directly to suppliers when Amici manage all of that for us. It's something we're working to improve now but at the time we joined Amici it was much more beneficial for us to risk losing that supplier relationship to gain what Amici could bring us considering our team was still quite small.
