1. This tool is very convenient when taking notes during meetings as it allows the participants to take notes directly in the tool. They even offer features such as tagging, highlighting and searching in the notes

They slow down when dealing with different networks and even during network switch. Minor technical glitches are sometimes not handleable, which disrupts the ongoing meetings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most of the meetings I host or I attend will have a lot of information that needs to be noted down to pass the information to my teammates, or sometimes they are necessary for my task, so the feature in this tool helps note down points within the tool over the live sessions.
